Waheeda Alli is a Partner and head of New Build in the Residential Property department. Waheeda has over 10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing work and specialises in dealing with new build properties and the Help to Buy Scheme. Waheeda also has vast experience in dealing with more complex transactions including equity release, transfers of equity, shared ownership properties and repossessions, as well as sales and purchases at auction.
