Sarah specialises in residential conveyancing and has experience of all kinds of property transactions including freehold, leasehold and re-mortgaging. Sarah has extensive experience in dealing with new build properties and has an in-depth knowledge of Help to Buy equity mortgages.
Waheeda Alli is a Solicitor in the Residential Property department. Waheeda has over 10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing work and specialises in dealing with new build properties and the Help to Buy Scheme. Waheeda also has vast experience in dealing with more complex transactions including equity release, transfers of equity, shared ownership properties and repossessions, as well as sales and purchases at auction.
Binita Thobhani is a member of the dedicated BHW New Build team, working as a Solicitor.
Emma Marston is a property solicitor and has extensive experience of all kinds of property transactions, specialising in residential development and new build. She has worked with many of the UK’s leading property developers on developments, including infrastructure agreements, management company set ups, acquisitions and technical site issues. In addition, Emma has knowledge of the Help to Buy scheme and has worked for shared ownership providers. Emma is also the Business Development Manager for the firm’s New Build team maintaining relationships with developers.
